Please follow the steps down below to place orders:
Step 1
For our existing collections, please look through our Price/Stock List and send us the item codes of products wanted in excel or any format, with or without specs such as quantity, size, color,etc.
For customized designs, please send us your design files or pics with product specs such as required material, quantity, size, color, etc.
Step 2
We will make the pro formal invoice accordingly, MOQ, products details, lead time, payment methods, etc. are included.
Step 3
Confirm PI and PO, and then make the payment accordingly.
Step 4
Once payment is received, we will put the PO into production and/or proceed with shipment.
A:
Yes, sample orders are available for MOQ one piece as long as we have them in stock. We don't provide free samples, however, we could provide you with a few other products with no extra charge (if we have them in stock) as recommendations based on the samples you choose. Client is responsible for delivery charges of shipments.

We are afraid not possible at the moment since our onlineordering system is still under construction. Please track the parcel by the tracking number we provide.

For errors from our side - we sent wrong code, size or color;
Items will be replaced or refund upon your consent.
Product Returns - defective items:
We DO NOT issue any credit notes for defect items without mutual consent.
You could request a repair/replacement within 30 days after parcel arrival.

Return/replacement MUST be packed in single bags and labeled with readable product code, size, color and invoice number, and ship the package to:

Please keep a copy of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages once they are sent.
Worn/used items CANNOT be claimed as defective and won’t be replaced.

We ship our products worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS. FedEx will be used if not instructed otherwise. If you have concerns regarding whether your location is deliverable, please contact our sales rep to confirm.

Shipping charges vary based onparcel weight/dimensions and destination.
For packages within 1kg, shipping fee is usually 35-50USD, please also see our quotation sheet or invoice for details.

Normally, it takes 3-7 days to Europe and North America, 5-10 days to remote regions.
We are not responsible for shipment delays due to causes beyond freight carriers' control, including but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, and any delay due to natural disasters.

To provide the most cost-effective products for clients, we generally DO NOT include freight insurance expenses in our quote. If client requires insurance against loss or damage during shipping, an extra 0.4% of invoice/customs declared value will be charged to get a full refund if the parcel got lost or damaged.

Import taxes and duties differ in each country and change based on the latest policies. We don’t have access to that information of each country. Therefore, clients are deemed liable for relevant costs in the country where the parcel is delivered.

We usually require a minimum of 30% of the total bill as down payment.

Forproducts in stock, we can ship them out in 2-5 days after 100% QC check.
For products out of stock, it will take approximately 1-2 months to ship out depending on the production schedule.
For custom made new products, it will take approximately 1-3 months to ship out. Please note: this period may vary greatly based on material, on-going communication, sampling confirmation and production schedule.

Currently our products are without any logo, but some are marked with material type. All of our products are packed individually in transparent bag. Customers can use boxes or bags with their own logo for re-packing.

PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating, also known as thin-film coating, is a process in which a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of a part. These coatings are not simply metal layers though. Instead, compound materials are deposited atom by atom, forming a thin, bonded, metal or metal-ceramic surface layer that greatly improves the appearance, durability, and/or function of a part or product.

A method used to sterilize laboratory and medical equipment. Autoclaving kills all microorganisms present, including those that are resistant to the usual methods of disinfection such as alcohol. It is extremely efficient and reliable.
Autoclaves comes in two varieties: steam and chemical. Steam autoclaves are the most common and the standard in Body Piercing. These use steam to sterilize objects, reaching a high temperature (121 °C) and pressure (15PSI) to kill microorganisms. Chemical autoclaves, or chemiclaves, are an alternative piece of equipment. Like with steam autoclaves, chemiclaves use steam under high pressure and temperature. They also use alcohol and formaldehyde vapors for additional sterilization.
